I have never written a glass door review before, but based on my personal experience at Mediaspace Solutions, I felt the need to tell others about this company and save them from even applying and wasting their time. It does not take a genius to distinguish ethical and nonethical behavior/decisions. However, at Mediaspace, ethics weren't even on their radar. Although their was an appointed "Leadership Team", the amount of leadership they actually displayed was nonexistent. Biases among Human Resouces and the Executive Team was clearly evident and was shown through what they called "Executive" decisions. There was unequal treatment across the board from supervisors down to the entry level college students. I am not the only person who has felt personally victimized by the lack of leadership, professionalism and growth that I was originally guaranteed when starting at Mediaspace. As you can see from many of the other negative reviews, this is not an exaggeration. To whomever is reading this, if you take one thing away from this review - look ANYWHERE else.
