      Pros

      Good team, talented young guys. Decent work space for a startup. Learning opportunities, helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Rules that are more like prescriptions and peremptory decrees. Complete disconnect between the management and employees A startup where the management has no clue what startup culture is all about No flexibility of work timings, no freedom to contribute even when you can do a lot more than what's in your JD Compensation definitely not commensurate with experience and skills

      Pros

      Good to be with colleagues. Employees are friendly and enthusiastic. Helping nature and also respect. Peers do help in learning many things.

      Cons

      Work Life balance must be given. Weekly 5 days working culture attract more efficient employees. Harsh way of communication with employees making them to resign.

      Pros

      An absolutely clear vision to help society to access any medicine , any time and any where by easing the supply chain system within pharmaceutical industry. Aspiration is to create one of it's kind platform in the pharmaceutical industry and lead the way in it's segment. As far as technology is concerned Medibox doesn't hesitate to experiment around the latest and new technology that is suitable for the need. Lot of R&D and innovation happening inside that is far beyond the thinking of other players in the same segment. Medibox is not even behind touching the machine learning and artificial intelligence and thinking to use it in multiple use cases. A team of young and dynamic people in management , business , R&D and innovation makes the workplace so happening and energetic.

      Cons

      Nothing I see at the moment , but as growing organisation there are definitely areas of improvements and hope those areas soon would be improved.
