Get to serve my community plus many others to keep it short that’s my biggest one.

Cons

I honestly don’t have any cons, except for getting held over for transfers when the pt is stable, never understood it… but I know things aren’t perfect and compared to other company’s we stand pretty good,

Pay is good, its hard to get fired, the got 24 hr units

Cons

The respect is not there, they are always expanding especially over the last 5 years and they act like we don't deserve an increase in pay to combat inflation
