The pay is horrible! This company will work you to the bone and pay you well below all other competitors in the same region. The hours are horrific. You will never get off on time and more often than not you will be sent on a long distance transport with less than an hour left in your shift. A good portion of employees from Memphis to Knoxville are terrified of the owner and management. You will always be reminded that you can be fired and replaced whenever management feels like it. The turn over rate is very high due to this and moral is very low. I cannot stress enough how low morale is at this company. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an EMT job.

If patient care if your concern go elsewhere. This place is a joke and will be shut down in a year. Dispatch had no EMS training. Horrible experience. All they do is lie. No medical director. No protocols. Cots don’t work. No heat in vehicles
