      Pros

      Free pizza, occasionally. You get to watch the owner drive in occasionally, in one of his 8 cars that cost as much as your house.

      Cons

      Awful PTO, not many holidays, no flexibility in work schedule. Need to wait 90 days for medical benefits, because so many people quit in the first 3 months. Absolutely no bonuses, even if the company has several "great years" in a row.

      Some people are very helpful and have a lot of knowledge.

      Cons

      HR and management are unapproachable and uncaring. Benefits are terrible.
