No Training No Mentors No Methodology You get thrown on a phone your first day and are asked to produce. The CEO is a micromanager who gives zero help - his only response is to keep pushing and dont get distracted - no educational help. If you are interviewing for PRN Pool - you will not actually work on that - you only do recruiting for Medical Contracting Services. The work atmosphere is terrible, despite the fact great people work there - the CEO squashes any chance at chemistry because talking is distracting (even if its about business). Employee retention is non existent - I was the most senior sales person after 4 months. Among the ENTIRE COMPANY - there has not been one sale all year.

7yI don't want to even respond to this review; however, due to the gross misrepresentation, I feel it is necessary. The majority of the statements are outright lies. This is an employee that was terminated due to unprofessional behavior in the workplace. So please take these things into consideration when reading this review.
