      Gym discount (partiality only) Work from home for SOME employees only

      Cons

      No communication and guidance (Especially upper management). No opportunity to grow within the company, and extremely LOW pay. Heavy work load for ALL departments, and UNDERSTAFFED. FAVORITISM. Upper management does NOTHING regarding complaints or feedback regarding workload. You HAVE TO ask for annual reviews and raises. Unprofessional. — did I mention extremely high turnover
