Pros

Flexible hours, work from home option.

Cons

First and foremost this company does not care about their employees whatsoever. Our Medical insurance is trash (and getting worse every year). The goal of each MG 23 is to make Geoff and investors more money. Please do not waste your time with this company if you are looking for a place to grow, this company will happily take your hard work and hand you back an ”atta boy” as opposed to any sort of increase in pay.

Pros

I have only been at MG for a little more than a year and a half and I used to think this was a somewhat safe and fair work environment... but that has changed over the last several months. The only existing pros: great location and they are consistently hiring ... beware-job openings is only partially positive because it is equally due to growth (not what you might be thinking, just sales and customer service) and turnover.

Cons

Other reviewers are correct about pricey healthcare coverage, some funny business pertaining to sales leads, and not so competitive salaries, however there are bigger issues... We have had a few newcomers/new promotions to the leadership team across the company since late spring to present. Based on the loss of a few great employees, miserable employee faces (especially in sales and customer service- positions they are continuously hiring for), and purposeless/ not well thought out changes to most departments- it is definitely starting to look like "someone's picker" has been extremely off for the last several months.... oh well mistakes happen, Im sure the CEO prefers to bring in leaders who are actually pleasant, talented, educated, and do not have a work history of turning companies into disasters.... but things happen.... just hope someone steps in before it goes too far or they will have a company full of temp agency employees/ personal friends/family members.
