This organization will destroy your career. The organization does not have a structure that makes it harder to know whom to report to. Your job description are not clear. The supervising physician is disrespectful of nurse practitioners and inpatient. At times, he might yell at you. Office administrators are rude and lack professionalism. Late payments and missed paychecks are pretty common and you should have a backup plan to pay your mortgage and other expenses. When talking about late payment, I meant between 1 week to a month. They don't have a direct deposit system and they mail checks and sometimes those checks might bounce. Sometimes the office will tell you that the appointment is confirmed but the patient has no idea that you are coming. All in all, I advise you to look for another job.

Horrible, horrible, horrible place to work. They can not afford to pay people. They treat you like crap, management/ owner is not people person does not know how to talk to employees. Also a few comments made have me to believe they're races. A revolving door at this place because they literally don't know what they're doing trying to get so many patients in but not enough workers to handle the load. Shows favoritism to some workers who take off with no warning multiple times a week is another reason why load can't be handled. The name should be more like ATotalMess or TotalChaos. Don't make the same mistake I made and pass up on better jobs to go here.
