Pros
Small company so there is little paperwork or red tape to manuever within the overall organization.
Cons
Mixed Messages and little communication within the management team and owners. Problems go unaddressed and the management philosophy is manage by fear with very little direction. Company is small and uses negativity and to its advantage- there is no positive teamwork here.
