Pros
Huge potential for growth if you are driven and determined. Great relationship between bosses and employers. Management listen to ideas from employers and take them seriously - there is no 'better than' feeling in the atmosphere. Very reasonable sick and vacation days. Pleasant place to work, stocked snack kitchen. Overall a really nice, welcoming work environment

Family operated company, not a large number of employees if you're looking for a more corporate, fortune 500 feel.
