      -401k after a year -PTO after 3 months -Insurance after 3 months -Customer Service

      Cons

      -This place is micromanaged -CEO only thinks about himself -The place is freezing in the winter, can't turn on the heater on -Always some kind of drama going on

      None really besides a paycheck

      Cons

      This is a awful company to work for. They offer no orientation, and then criticize and demean employees when there are problems. The owner asked one employee who has a bachelors degree can you do basic math. This company without a doubt was the worst employer I have ever worked for.

      Everyone is like family here and very helpful Travel 5 times a year to conferences like Vegas, San Diego, Miami etc.. Great experience if you are entry-level, they are willing to train you Offer benefits after 3 months

      Cons

      CEO can be rude HIGH TURNOVER RATE!! Its a sales job at the end of the day, "Did you make any sales?" will be asked everyday Not a 9-5 job. You are expected to work more than 8 hours a day plus weekends even to meet your quota No growth opportunity Low Base-Salary Low Commission and based on new accounts! No sick days or personal days, 5 vacation days per year I led the company in sales for 10 straight months, never got a bonus.
