Pros
There are no positives anymore. Management has crushed any of the positives. There use to be hard working people there who provided good customer service and worked as a team. You were appreciated and compensated for that. That is no more.
Cons
People are running away from this company. They are you looking to pay people as little as possible and get rid of anyone that is making decent pay after establishing themselves as good workers. In the past six months they have walked the credit manager, credit analysts and IT manager to the door. Then they post jobs with different titles but the same work for less money.
