Hard Working Staff, Clueless Managers at the CSO

Pros

Reliably got paid every second week Clinic staff cared and tried to do their best given limited support from CSO managers

Cons

Constant cutbacks to the benefits of staff and the number of clinical assistants to the doctors as the priority was always maximizing profit

Mismanaged & too many acquisitions

Pros

None, I can't think of anything positive to say about working for this company. Co-workers were great locally, a lot of hard-working folks at the lower entry level positions.

Cons

How many transitions, acquisitions, buy-outs has this group gone through? It's no wonder that there is no structure in management, too many people all doing the same thing and nothing at once. There is no vision or mission statement for this company. It's basically how to pay the least amount of money and keep the fewest staff all while still providing health care?? Plus there were major concerns around sterilization and reprocess of equipment and tools at many of the Alberta clinics. Yikes!
