- Supervisors are obsessed with control and micromanagement instead of guidance. - Every small task is inspected as if employees cannot be trusted to think for themselves. - Independence is nonexistent, and even basic decisions require unnecessary approval. - The constant surveillance crushes confidence and drains any motivation to do well. - Morale is destroyed by the need to constantly prove you are working rather than being allowed to simply do your job.

Horrible work culture, everything in this company is falling apart! Management doesn't want to admit it and constantly lie to employees and hide everything! They've always been terrible about transparency. But we all know how awful and incompetent they all are!
