Wonderful mission to support women with reproductive health, something the world needs more of!

Cons

It seems that the writing is on the wall for this organization, which has not been able to keep pace with the shifting environment in womens health. There is a lack of direction and cohesion.

I am fully committed to issues pertaining to Women's Health and enthusiastically joined this company for that reason - great mission!

Cons

Not what I was expecting. Very poorly run organization, shifting mission (constantly) and some of the worst in-fighting I have ever seen.

Pros

Going back a few years, this organization was filled with purpose, common goals and a cool mission.

Cons

The work environment really changed to one with more conflict and a confusing management structure. It lost it's shine, purpose and sense of direction. Became less friendly and more territorial.
