      Pros

      It was good to learn how a multinational company works. The services provided by the company are really good and offer a quality difference from the state system regarding the environment and waiting.

      Cons

      Management is not transparent, they do not communicate their expectations clearly. There were no meetings for middle management meetings, which made work harder.

      Bad people.. specially administration staff..dont treat there employees well..cheats their customers..bunch of liars..have no integrity.

      Pros

      Some of the colleagues have the right mix of professional knowledge and good attitude. If you want to be within an industry with a great future, you may will join this team.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, rumors ruin the inner climate. Unfortunately the senior management are not interested but of the EBITDA and good people left already the company. There are a lot of procedures but unfortunately most of them are not respected - lack of a real internal audit. Flattering the right person is the key of success.
