1. Never pays employees on time. If other employees working for other companies are happy when pay day comes, working for Medicus or Staywell Research is such a horrifying experience during payday. You worry either because you wont get paid on time, or your paycheck will bounce.
2. Their COO- Alain Giraud is walking con-artist/crazy/psychotic egg-head who treats employees like slave. He demands long work-hours even do personal errands for him, he shouts at employees, slaps employees, calls them by weird names, verbally and mentally harassed them.
3. This company has lots of labor violations- late paychecks, late final checks, NSF paychecks, NSF final checks, meal break violations, correct labor and wage practices, to name a few.
