Great Company - Needs to do a better job hiring.

Pros

The money is great. After a year they recommend a week off every quarter. They pay full renewals commissions. Good Benefits. New location is awesome. Free leads. Great CRM & lead checkout system. Great sales support team.

Cons

Turnover is about what you'd expect for a phone based sales organization... High. Over the last year or so the head of hiring/training hired some people that weren't too bright but those people have since washed out. The people (new and veterans) that are here now are real solid but it's was a pain to deal with people who are a drag on everyone else, no matter how quick you get rid of them.

I had to move away for personal reasons or I'd work there my entire life. What I learned there helped me not only to get a new job here, but I'm excelling.

Fun atmosphere. Good people. Great products. Customers are appreciative of what we do. Lots of opportunity to grow and advance.

Cons

It's hard to keep up with all the opportunity.... we need to find good motivated people to help us.
