Pros

MEDIGO is the best company I've ever worked for. First of all; I would say it is quite reductive to define it as a start-up. Not only has MEDIGO managed to distance itself from all the other Berlin start-ups thanks to the nature of its mission, which is loaded with social value and has a real, world-wide scope to change the very face of the planet for the better. The results achieved by the company have made it a reality in the healthcare world. These reflections alone represent a guarantee for me. In addition, flexibility and good mood are a rule during the working times and recreating events. The team is excellent because everyone, truly, is judged here by the content of her or his character. And some of my colleagues are now some of my best friends in Berlin.

Cons

In a first phase, the limited space made it quite difficult to operate properly and work with efficiency. But now the office has found a good rearrangement.

Pros

Nice office location surrounded by good restaurants

Cons

My worst experience ever , the company doesn't have any clear goal , they tend to have multiple projects without completing or succeeding in any of them. They change their strategy every single month, I know that any startup is supposed to change its market penetration strategy but in medigo it was too much. Operation is a disaster, it is being handled by an inexperienced and childish person, if he likes you will be promoted and makes you feel like a superstar otherwise you're out , your performance doesn't really matter. The CEO is a nice person but he trusts the wrong people. The staff that are doing all the work are very poorly paid , while a lot of useless people are paid 6 or 5 times than the others. If you have a good relationship with the director of operations you can work from home and get promoted if not you will get the worst treatment. To sum it up, totally unprofessional environment, apparently it used to be good but it's not any longer. I don't recommend this "company" at all

Medigo Response

Thank you very much for your feedback, please know that we take it very seriously. Medigo is indeed continually testing new markets and products as part of our growth. However, these challenges are also in large part due to the ambitious marketspace we are occupying: international customers, partners and a broad range of services. As an employee, you are probably aware that there are several internal channels for communicating dissatisfaction or complaints, including regular 1-on-1 meetings with your manager, biannual 360 feedback, and the “open door” culture that encourages you to bring any concerns to HR, managers, or founders at anytime. Also, you may be interested to know that management training is a recognized priority for us in the coming months. We certainly do our best to act on feedback such as yours and hope to improve our operations based on it.
