Pros

Very little to add here but would like to point out to the good amount of camaraderie shared amongst colleagues (credit to junior employees solely).

Cons

Lots. Some of them namely 1. Treatment of employees as non-human entities capable of doing absurd amounts of work even on holidays with no fair compensation. 2. No sense of respect for employees, with personal comments being made frequently and `loosely' by some senior managers. For example, comments being made about leaving early even when leaving after completing the alloted hours. 3. Lack of professionalism especially by the HR department. 4. No concept of `fair compensation' in this organisation. 5. Some perverts who form the part of higher management are a danger to all employees including me. 6. Incentives and expenses still unpaid for months now, with absurd reasons for delay being given by the HR department which may be deemed laughable at best. 7. The inherent culture seen here of subordinates having to engage in complementing bosses to gain respect rather than solid work undermines persons actually putting in the work thereby illustrating how personal non-sexual quid pro quo is rewarded more often than not in this organisation. 8. Not being able to take criticism as being constructive by the seniors. Lastly I would like to conclude with just one word- Toxic!

Pros

No prons in this organisation

Cons

So basically this company looks like a startup but works like any healthcare dealership or Lala type company. 1. No innovation or disruption as they think they are causing. 2. Almost No support for sales people.its like you are on your own and selling products to hospitals like a door to door salesman. 3. Culture is not good for MBAs as it’s a total waste of time in their career, 4. No name of the company in the market. Makes it almost impossible to sell the products through online model. 5. Operations challenges for sales guys like no logistic support and product verification. 6. They give FnF after 6 months of leaving the organisation. 7. HR will ask for money if you don’t serve 3 Months notice period. 8. Your manager will harass you during the notice period but doing micro management.

Pros

Survival and growth only if you blindly follow what your top management asks you to do without giving your opinion

Cons

1.Too much politics 2. Job insecurity 3. No team work. 4. No clear view, vendors hired even for doing job that existing team can do 5. Decision making in the hands of those who don't even have the required expertise and their only quality is to please the department head even if it is against the ethics of company. 6. HR is just for namesake don't have any say in the IT related matters even after knowing partiality is being done.
