Cons
certain members of the team would look at you as if you were a subordinate. There is culture that if you do not understand the work, then you will be out of the company in a flash, without any training or help. an attitude which is indicative of a belittling attitude: for example if you are paid considerably less than another individual, then they may look down upon you. if you stand out due to any short commings then there are no support systems what so ever, they will cut you short in a blink of an eye. Office habits of looking at you with unfriendly eyes, and a culture of talking behind other peoples back.

This company has such a wonderful mission with a totally dedicated and passionate team. The management are wonderful and supportive and always empowering people to take on responsibility and to grow in their roles. It is the perfect place to work if you are passionate about children, health and education!
Cons
This is a global company with offices spread across US, UK, Australia - sometimes challenges with communication across all these locations
