• Delayed access to systems and worksite after completing onboarding requirements • Arrived on site to find no schedule, no setup, and no clear role expectations, no security training date in place • Misclassified as a fully licensed provider despite being a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) requiring supervision • No licensed clinical supervisor employed by Mediko provided on site, despite expectations to work • Repeated requests for clarification about licensure and supervision were ignored • Expected to work in a correctional setting without appropriate clinical oversight • Safety concerns raised were not addressed or acknowledged • No meaningful communication from leadership or HR for weeks • HR took over a month to confirm employment status after termination call • Terminated after asking licensure- and safety-related questions • Blocked from employee systems without explanation or closure
