"I was previously associated with the organization as a full-time employee and later transitioned to a consultant role to better support my family needs at home. Even in this capacity, I continue to work closely with the team and report to the team lead on assigned responsibilities. I chose to stay associated with Medilenz because of the trust, flexibility, and support from the managers and team leads. They provide clear direction and maintain an approachable work environment that fosters accountability and teamwork. This supportive culture motivates me to contribute effectively and stay connected with the organization’s growth."

Pros

Working in customer support at Medilenz has been a positive experience largely because of the management team. Team leads and managers of the operations team are approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive when challenges come up with clients. Clear processes and timely guidance make it easier to deliver consistent service. The leadership regularly checks in to ensure the team isn’t overwhelmed. That kind of support makes a real difference in day-to-day work.

Cons

Some days need to work extra hours.
