      Constantly Changing Business Strategy

      good location, flexible work from home policy, decent benefits, minimal beauracracy

      Cons

      little discipline in evaluating and maintaining strategy, lots of executive turnover, failure to understand a true product-oriented business model, failure to delegate authority, lots of hype and spin aimed at customers and employees
