If you miss the good-ol boys club, sexist comments, ego-driven culture, then this is the place for you. The company struggles to turn a profit, is being left behind by actual healthcare companies, and is grossly mismanaged. The entire operation is a vanity project for the CEO, and he is primarily interested in more accolades for himself than building an innovative company.

I wish I could give Medisafe zero stars, but that's not an option. My time at this company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. If you want to make commission, go elsewhere. Unsellable product that is extremely overpriced, enrollment and utilization is embarrassing (very very low). Sales cycle is really long. The leadership at Medisafe is a complete disaster. There is a complete lack of direction, communication, and transparency. It's impossible to have faith in a company that doesn't even seem to know where it's headed. Medisafe has an exceptionally high turnover rate. Talented individuals leave the company in droves, seeking better opportunities and a healthier work environment. It's a revolving door of employees, and it's not hard to see why.
