No work life balance 2.Being a wfh employee , no schedule, no shift timing , no proper time at which meetings would be scheduled. 3.Made us feel like robots, to work late in night just to complete target, attend meetings anytime after 9 hours hrs of working 4. no proper training for new projects 5.
