Pros

The only good thing about this place was the people I worked with, well those that actually knew what they were talking about in their respected department.

Cons

As an above viewer states, this definitely a finger pointing, throw you under the bus kind of company. It's kind of sad the way accountability from those whom are suppose to lead and manage fall short. As long as you are buddy buddy with the right people and stay in their good graces, you'll be alright. Be cautious on the picture painted to join the company.

Pros

Some people are OK. You work with a lot of stuffy PhDs who have zero social skills. Creative and Editorial groups are great people to work with.

Cons

Management is a joke. They have zero people skills and have no clue how the business world really works. Salary is non-competitive within the industry, and the benefits package (insurance) is a joke.

Nice people to work with, everyone is highly dedicated to their work, the office has a nice atomosphere

Cons

poor scientific knowledge and management of staff. "Fingerpointing" culture. If a client is not happy, expect a pink slip the next day. Little loyality to staff and very short-sighted management decisons.
