      Not for the faint of heart...

      Pros

      You'll see it time and again...the people. We work with some scrappy and smart team members that will get in the trenches when the time comes and get the job done.

      Cons

      People can only take so much. Turnover in the last 12 months has been incredibly high with more than 40 people having left the company. Yes. 40. There is no trust in upper management. At this point, actually, there has been almost a 100% turnover in VP positions (except for sales) and almost the same for Director positions. Everything reverts back to how it was before every 6 months. If you're not willing to play the politics then you shouldn't even think about working here.

      Great people / Don’t Trust leadership

      You’ll have an amazing time working with great people who are smart and hard workers grinding it out day in an day out.

      Cons

      - Don’t trust leadership - No career path - Vision of the company is just noise with no clear action because it reverts back to the same old 3-6 month later - Political game and gain

      Worst Place To Work

      Pros

      I hear about this best places to work thing and our company puts it on. It's a shame that our own company can't be surveyed. I think they purposely do that so they don't have to deal with the fact that they would never make the list.

      Cons

      Everything from the Top-down is really bad. Bad energy, full of lies, just plain BAD.
