Good place for beginners. As well career growth is good

Cons

Culture is not good (in the sence narrow minded people's are more) , Where I'm working at meiji medreich pharmaceutical company, Unit-7 as this plant is outskirt area. I found all other plant situated in city sides are having healthy environment. People and culture is excellent.

No advantage or pros at all

They give opportunity to a new joiner and use them with very less salary and they have agreement system for 2 or 3 years where you cannot leave the org, if so you leave, you do-not get any experience letter from them and they keep all the original documents with them.
