Cons
Do you enjoy power plays, backstabbing, building alliances and voting team members off the island? Then this circus is for you. A COO (now fired) who hires unqualified managers (also fired after just 6 months) to lead staff because he wants to date them. Couple that with a sales department that could not sell a lifejacket to a drowning person; and you have a wonderful mix of excitement to fill your day. You will also enjoy working with the field technical staff performing installations and bad mouthing product design to the customers and upper management. This is not a cohesive group that works together. This is a group of people each looking out for their own best interests and not the interests of the company or its future. I lasted through this for 3 ½ years. I cannot recommend anyone join.
