Don't do it

Pros

It's a job and sometimes they are flexible.

Cons

They make you sign a non compete agreement to be employed which means if you find a job elsewhere for more money, they will sue you if you take the job. This forces you to stay in a low wage position with no way out unless you take a job in a completely different field. If you're a college student working on a HIT or billing and coding degree, they won't let you accept a job within 60 miles of their facility. If you get sick with the flu and follow their rules to not come in, you'll get written up and lose the raises you worked so hard for. This company is all about keeping your wages low and forcing you to stay employed with them so they don't have to raise wages or be competitive. I'm literally stuck with this crap employer because they had me sign the non compete without detailing what is was and I am looking into getting a lawyer to fight it.

Pros

1) It's very hard to get fired 2) They are extremely relaxed in their dress code 3) They put up with just about anything

Cons

No true growth path. Their expectations are ever changing and never really set. You have to be self motivated as leadership rarely can be of assistance.

Pros

I get paid but not what i am worth...

Cons

This company does NOT care about their employees, only their bottom line. Insurance premiums and high deductibles are so expensive that noone can afford to go to the doctor with the low wages. Raises are 2% or less per year which is extremely low. They expect employees to do 50+ hours worth of work per week but refuse to give the overtime needed to complete the actual work.
