      Pros

      The benefits are really great. Non-exempt employees start with 4 weeks of PTO, exempt start with 5 weeks. Affordable employee portion of health insurance.

      Cons

      They are growing really fast, which is a good problem to have most of the time, but occasionally things get lost in the shuffle.

      Pros

      Benefits and PTO are excellent. Several leaders who are passionate about seeing their teams succeed. Plenty of opportunity to expand career knowledge.

      Cons

      The company is fairly large in size with teams spread out across the country. Trying to maintain a strong positive culture is dependent on leaders in those regions and hospitals to support and display it for their teams. Unfortunately, this isn't the case across the board which creates pockets of unhappy teams.
