Highly toxic work environment. The CEO Kimberly Meyer is a liar. She will promise you things that she will lie to your face when the time comes. The senior leadership knows that but fails to act since she controls the company. The average employee stays less than 6 months. Work here if you hate yourself

Pros
Now that ZS has acquired it, the pay is pretty good. The project managers are smart and know what they are doing. It makes working with them the easiest part of the job.
Cons
The further higher ups have no idea of how to maintain a good system. The Indian office has a few people who should go back to finishing school and probably learn how to talk to a fellow human being first. The constant long hours is a major issue, impacting hard on the work/life balance.
