Horrible work culture, unpaid break, below minimum pay, no bonuses, no real benefits
They will milk the life out of you on the daily to the point that it consumes your life after work and affect all aspects of your life negatively
Coworkers would be the most selfish people and only look out for themselves. There is no teamwork whatsoever. They leave you when you need help the most just to go chitchat somewhere else. They belittle you and put you down for minor mistakes and put it on blast but it’s normal that they make mistakes and you fix their mistakes without any problems.
Calls coming in every minute but you’re expected to pick up every call just so your coworkers can disable their calls.
Monthly lunch? Lmao that is the only priority of human resource. But somehow still limit the amount of food you can have on your plate. Raffles? I got expired coffee packets and a mug the company got for free ages ago.
Management will not let you speak, not accommodate you and then blame you for anything. They write you up for going to the bathroom without leaving a note like a student back in kindergarten. They would turn a blind eye on you if they clearly know you are overwhelmed and overworked.
There would be no raise every year. Up to 6% but you can get 0 just because the ceo nitpicks on one little thing despite the effort you put in this job.
Nothing good comes out from this experience. Just stay away. It is a traumatizing experience overall.
