-Toxic management who don't care at all about their employees, whether it's mental health or physical wellbeing. The heads of the company are so incredibly toxic, they'll brag about how many people they've fired. The more time you spend there, the more likely they are to speak to you in a flat-out abusive manner, and you can easily Google the company to find some lawsuits over exactly that. -The inept higher-level management sometimes hire inept (butt-kissing) lower-level management. A lower-level management position will sometimes be filled by a bozo who couldn't lead a ham sandwich; they'll sometimes hire a "lead" who blows off their team, throws their team under the bus, and/or does pretty much anything to avoid actually working. -Perpetually understaffed, due to the issues listed above, resulting in employees being overworked to the point of insanity. If you gathered 50 former Megalo employees in one room, and threw the tiniest pebble you could find, you'd still hit probably at least a dozen people who were forced to work 60-hour work weeks (if not 70, 80, 90, or even 100 hour work weeks). -Management loves negative reinforcement, and hates positive reinforcement. They'll sooner take away your lunches or minimize your personal space than do anything at all to actually make you feel appreciated. -The bare minimum time off for holidays.
