Who doesn't love knocking off early on Fridays! We even trialed a 4-day work week for 2 months and it was a great success! We may even see it come back this year 😉 Our company culture is the best I have ever been a part of (and honestly the best I have ever heard) with regular social events and plenty of fun in the office. The social committee does an incredible job organizing events. They have recognition programs in place to acknowledge and reward staff achievements, with our hard work and dedication recognised and celebrated. I can’t fault Megantic. Highly recommend joining us and personally I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
