Nothing is perfect.Open to collaborate

High staff turnover. The management is forcing the staff to work long hours, under stress, and with low wages. Several employees suffered from burnout and there is no care for their mental health. No procedures are followed which results in several mistakes being committed by the team due to a lack of compliance from the management, even the president of the company doesn't follow his own procedures. In 2022, two employees died on-site due to the lack of procedure compliance (check the news and you will see what happened). Bad communication and the use of swearing words by the president is a constant thing, since he is quite emotional, even my family was caught in the middle of the swearing words. It was impossible to develop a proper plan due to this common behavior. Moving targets and objectives are common in Megatek, you will never reach your KPI and goal. As a manager I have been humiliated and blamed several times for mistakes that my department didn't commit, since I take my work seriously I developed a stomach ulcer from feeling nervous due to the constant threats. I'm still taking medicine to cure it these days. I decided to leave the company and they didn't pay my last salary. It is common for several cases in several departments.
