- toxic and bad work culture. - CEO-ccentric, bosses cannot make small decisions. its like approval of culk sealant must be approved by the CEO and even font size and font style - People are closed minded - All Core values not practiced . - Does not retain and keep talent. - 1 person , many job sometimes out of scope already - HR not good, understaffed few seniors only not strong enough,. not enforcing rules, i dont know if its the employees job to draft their own job profile but its happening here, cost cutting in events - frequent overtime - many managers just retained because of tenure and because sipsip to the ceo
