Slow Pacing with internal documents routing etc.

Good working environment because of the colleagues.

Cons

The company must check departments with slow pacing documentations and paper works. Documents go through too much checking and routing. Signatories are way too many. My clearance is still on process and it has been already 7 months since I've resigned. I love Megaworld and ALT but they have to listen to our rants as well!
