      Great coworkers, not so great management.

      Pros

      Comfortable environment, people in the ISD are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Decent pay for the experience they require. Industry standard benefits.

      Cons

      Management places unnecessary stress on it's employees. Carrot on a stick mentality for advancement at the company, i.e. keep taking on more responsibility for lengthy periods of time before advancing your position or salary. Very hot and cold personalities in management, never just a routine week.

      Pros

      Not much really, if you like sea views the car park looks out over the Channel.

      Cons

      It's the same old dreadful misery pit as almost everywhere else in this country. Management culture hasn't changed since the 19th century, morale is low, pay and progression are poor, everyone hates their job and the only thing that keeps people here is the lack of somewhere else to go.

As a company, we offer a selection of leadership development programmes for all of our people managers. Our year on year annual staff survey results show an increase in employee engagement. Our talent programmes provide an opportunity for people to learn and grow in the business. We encourage employees to speak to their Line Managers or see a member of HR department.

      Lovely colleagues Pay isn’t terrible compared to other local companies Immediate line management are fair and approachable

      Heavy handed when mistakes happen Senior management don’t seem to be engaged Not many apparent progression opportunities
