The principals engaged in toxic behaviors in the workplace and as a result, a lot of competent folks left the firm. They provided little support to those who weren't their favorites and allowed for the senior architect to be bullish towards anyone they wanted without consequence. They also made it difficult for me to perform one of my tasks when the said task was taken from them by the owners for a reason. One of the owners cared little for what was happening and stayed out of the day-to-day ongoings when they could have really put their foot down. The other owner is probably the most incompetent person I have ever come across in the industry. Please note, this person isn't stupid by any means, just doesn't have a real grasp on how decisions are made, how work is performed, and what makes for good business. They are fantastic at business development and should stick solely to that. The lack of trust and support in the employees was very disappointing especially since the people working there really wanted the firm to succeed.
