The company offers benefits but are so high you can't afford to cover your family. Many of the programs they use are outdated and some hard to use, or only a 1 computer use, so not all employees can use them.
Most of the people in the company are related to upper management.
New people are exploited for their connections and deals are not dealt down from management.
