      Some coworkers were supportive and willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      Even simple marketing campaigns needed dozens of unnecessary approvals. Good ideas got watered down until they were unrecognizable. Every day felt like fighting through a mountain of paperwork just to get anything moving. It was impossible to build any real momentum.
