The people at Melio are some of the most amazing, kind, and hardworking people you will meet. Employees are treated very very well and the company has amazing events. The company has raised an amazing valuation of $4b in the short time since it was founded in 2018. As a result, the equity that you get as an employee after your 1 year cliff is a serious benefit.
Cons
You will be making cold calls -- this can get boring very quickly and there is no meaningful opportunity for career advancement.
