Horrible management and clear expectations are never portrayed. Personal issues often impact daily tasks and studies. Safety guidelines are rarely followed and SOPs are so outdated that integral decisions are often made on the fly. The facility is not clean or organized. There is a major lack of tools and materials so things are often hidden for personal use, thus forsaking study efficiency because you can never find what you need to execute in-life portion.
