Pros
Workers on the floor are hard working and down to Earth... some of them anyways.
Cons
Management is an absolute delusional, dysfunctional and disorganized lot. They don't respect workers nor value skilled work and they pay TERRIBLE. The worst thing about this place is that it will crush your morale because there is NONE here. The shop is also a dirty mess and the standards for safety and cleaniness are utterly ignored until there is a "tour" coming through the building. "5S" is pushed here but NOT maintained whatsoever. There are also quite a few safety issues that are ignored here and that is frankly unacceptable. I could go on and on, but I think you get it by now.
