MeloTel is such a fun place to work at! The team environment was very family-oriented, whether you're on the Technical or Client Services side. The office is kept engaged with monthly happy hours, and weekly catered lunches and breakfast and drinks. Working at MeloTel, you get to learn A LOT, from LAN port to Cloud services :) and automation , you are provided with an abundance of resources, including your peers. I really liked the open-desk policy, so everyone can collaborate and help each other out. > Bring idea on table, if good you have all the support. > Good work life balance > No politics

Working with MeloTel has completely changed my life. I first started with just a hobbyist's knowledge on IT and VoIP and I was taught and trained pretty much everything I know now. The work environment is great here and the staff members are like family to each other. MeloTel is constantly working on creating new solutions and improving it's internal infrastructure. If you like constantly learning and have an entrepreneur's passion for technology, you will love working here. If you want to work with a team that prides itself on providing great customer service and great product offerings MeloTel is the place to be. The CEO of the company is fun to work with and enjoys interacting with staff members on a daily basis. Lunches are provided on some days and the work environment is relaxed but productive. PS: I don't believe the legitimacy of the previous negative reviews as I guarantee none of our current employees here feel that way towards our company. This is a great place to work and a solid opportunity if you put your mind to it, also the pay is great.
