Cons

*HUGE red flags during interview *Lied to during interview *Told it was a family atmosphere - HUGE lie *Not allowed to talk to any co-workers/"not paid to socialize" *Micro managing OFF THE HOOK!! *Constant gossip with or in front of employees & management of former employees *Very unprofessional! *Constant criticism *Made to feel stupid almost on a daily basis *Accounting manager very controlling, critical and micro managing! *Manager tells perspective employees raises must be approved by HOA's - COMPLETE LIE!! Actually laughable! *Manager picks a part everything you do! *Don't make any mistakes, you'll never hear the end of how much time you cost the company! *Told one thing one day by manager, next day, told something else *Asked over and over again what you're working on, if you've started something they've asked you to do yet or if you've finished something they've asked you to do. *Manager questions other employees about what you're doing or have done *Manager lies about other employees telling them something you've done or said *Employees only use speaker phones to talk to each other, which is disrespectful to other employees concentration *Certain employees yell to the manager across the hall instead of picking up the phone and quietly asking their question or informing of information *Employees text all day long without hiding it, but if you're new and management decides to not like you, don't have you're phone out!!!! *If you talk to another employee, the manager will approach you and ask what you're talking about or what's going on. *Accounting manager sprays lysol all through their office several times a day, which leads to people gagging from the fumes and complaints of headaches - it's just RUDE to make employees breathe that all day! *Horrible, HORRIBLE, toxic, unhealthy place to work!!! *The best part of working here, was leaving at 5:00! *It's a relief to not have to go into this environment any longer!!!! *No amount of money is worth working for this company!!!!

Pros

Many workers here are nice. Good diversity in age and style of people - nice diverse group. Work hours are awesome. Work load is reasonable. Seemed like a dream come true at first.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and insensitive to clients and staff as human beings. Management fires people to hide their own short comings - scapegoat seekers. Poor training. They would probably lose all their clients if their clients knew what they say about them. Management concentrates on issues that are menial and ignores tasks that should be a priority.

Pros

There are No reasons to work for this company, you are better off at McDonalds or Burger King.

Cons

Just Run, Run as Fast as you can. Don't think I will be the one who will be good at this position because it doesn't matter to them. You will be Gone before you know what happened.
