      Pros

      It is a pay check.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no training and even less leadership. The team culture is non-existent at best and toxic at worst. Everyone is miserable and wants to bring others down to that level. Best wishes for anyone who considers a position with this company.

      Really good marketing team and endless lead opportunities

      Cons

      COO is out of touch with employees. Everyone there knows it but can’t say anything. Training is nonexistent Upper management is a joke. Pay is not very good HR is even worse than COO

      Mostly great co-workers, nice office

      Cons

      Pay could be better, a lot of favoritism towards certain employees, training is not great, not sympathetic to situations out of employees control unless you are one of the favorites.
